Established in 1985, Haiguang Mould Factory is the headquarters of Fenghua Haixie Die-casting Co., Ltd. We are located in the hometown of die-casting mould -- Beilun District, Ningbo City. Our workshop covers an area of 5000 square meters. We are a specialist in designing and manufacturing complex structural & high-precise aluminum, zinc, magnesia die-casting moulds and precise hardware for military & industrial equipment & facilities. We have advanced CAD/CAM/CAE technological designs, various CNC processing centers and advanced CNC machining machines to meet high standard technique requirement.
To fulfill the requirements of our customers, we built Fenghua Haixie Die-casting Co., Ltd. in 2004, to manufacture related aluminium, zinc and magnesia products. Our main equipment includes 30T Hot Chamber Die Casting Machines (H.C.D.C.M), 180T & 280T & 500T & 800T Cold Chamber Die Casting Machines (C.C.D.C.M). The max. size of aluminium & zinc die-casting product is 2580, with max. weight of 12kg. Besides, we have deep design and production abilities for 6061 and 6063 alumina, airtight products and thin-wall products.
